* When booking an appointment as a new patient, you'll be asked to search for and select your desired appointment. After finding your appointment, you will have to complete the registration process. After entering the confirmation code that is sent through email, you'll have to search for and Book your appointment time (again). Sorry for this inconvenience. We have a call in to the developer, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Patient Portal allows patients to:
- Schedule appointments online
- Manage your schedule and submit appointment forms
- Check the status of glasses and contact lens orders
- View billing statements
Kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Please note that missed appointments will result in a $50 missed appointment fee.
