If you are an existing patient, give us a call and we will provide your log in information. Then you can access your account and schedule an appointment on the Patient Portal.

Patient Portal allows patients to: 
- Schedule appointments online
- Manage your schedule and submit appointment forms
- Check the status of glasses and contact lens orders
- View billing statements

Kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Please note that missed appointments will result in a $50 missed appointment fee.
