Commonly known as Dry Eye, Computer Vision Syndrome, is a very common problem of most computer users due to prolonged usage. Here are some tips to avoid this and keep those eyes from getting irritated or dry.

Monitor location:
Ideally, your computer monitor should be more than 25 inches from you eyes and 6 inches below eye level.

Anti-glare screen:
This will decrease the amount of light reflected on the screen and your eyes will thank you for that.

A/C Distance:
If you can, avoid sitting in a location with air blowing directly in your eyes from the A/C.

20/20/20 rule:
You should know this one by now. Every 20 minutes, look away for 20 seconds at something 20 feet away.

Blinking:
Blink frequently to keep the surface of your eyes moist.
